Remember that FileWave runs as a 32bit process so a script will run in 32bit by default.
#Teamviewer 9 setup install
Since it appears that TeamViewer Host only comes as a 32bit install it means that the below script should set the 32bit registry key on either 32bit or 64bit Windows and be correct. This could be done in a Preflight or Activation script in your Fileset that you use to deploy TeamViewer Host. You can avoid this by setting a registry key as shown below. When installing TeamViewer Host you may notice that the silent install would want to prompt about setting up Unattended Access at the end of the install. This file can be found in the example Fileset further down.
There will also be a settings file applied to this install as you can see in the image below. You can do the same with either TV or TV Host but this article will focus on TV Host. To do this, you'll add a launch argument as shown in this EXAMPLE Fileset/Payload. To run the install silently, you'll want to run the EXE with a /S option when deploying it through FileWave. Note that the TeamViewer installer is the setup.exe type, not an MSI.

Do NOT push the FileWave client MSI to upgrade Windows clients.
